About the ACE Squads
Back in 2013, Professional Tennis (NZ) Ltd embarked on a new and exciting initiative, and partnered with NOW to bring the NOW Ace Squad programme. NOW are back on board this season as the primary sponsor of these squads and will assist in tailoring a fantastic programme for those who attend. This programme aims to cater for Hawkes Bay’s most talented juniors from 10 years and up.
Simon Winter with 25 years experience behind him is USPTA qualified and holds the Tennis New Zealand (TNZ) High Performance certificate as well as a Diploma in Teaching. Simon is also a Tennis New Zealand Coach Developer.
We anticipate the regions best juniors will be developed from these NOW Ace Squads. Finn Reynolds, the former New Zealand No 1 ranked junior, who currently is on scholarship in the USA, has come through the ACE Squads format.
